Our Design Team is truly a team. Our team is salaried, not paid by commission, to ensure that their only concern is in designing the best organization system for you and your family. The telephone at our showroom is answered by a "live" person, and that person can actually help you, whether or not your Designer is available. Our Design Team has a combined 42+ years of experience and has designed over 90,000 closets.

We are dedicated to making your life easier, and one way we do this is by having a full time Scheduling Coordinator. You will talk with a "live" person to schedule your installation, who will confirm the installation with you at least one week prior and one day prior to your installation date. This helps you avoid scheduling conflicts with other trades and means that you will never be surprised when our Installation Technicians show up on your job site.

All of our technicians are employees, with full benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation and holidays. Our Installation Technicians are extensively trained by our Field Supervisor before they are allowed to install solo. Our Field Supervisor also performs periodic Quality Control Inspections to ensure that our technicians are maintaining Coleman Home Solutions high standards.
